Upcoming Events:
September 2026: Halton/Hamilton/Niagara Networking Meet-up. Date, time and location TBD.
September 4, 2026, 12:00 – 1:30 EDT: WOW Virtual Meeting / Members Forum. This meeting will include our first annual planning session and allow members to meet each other online. The winner of our Sunbird Power Acadamy raffle will be announced during this meeting.
October 25-28, 2026: Canadian Dam Association Conference, Halifax, NS. We are planning to have a WOW networking meet-up during this event. Stay tuned for details.
October 29, 2026, Canadian Waterpower Week Conference & Trade Show, The Westin Ottawa, Ottawa, ON, 5:30-7:00 pm. In cooperation with Waterpower Canada, we will be holding an in-person meet-up during the “Power-Hour Networking Reception” on the Conference Floor (4th Floor). This will be a shared event with the conference. WOW will have a reserved area at the event for members to get together and network before the banquet.
January 26, 2027, Waterpower Industry Night at Western University, London, ON, 5 – 7:30 p.m. Stay tuned for more details.
May 12-14, 2027, Ontario Waterpower Assocation, Power of Water Canada Conference, Niagara, ON. Stay tuned for details of a WOW networking meet-up during this event.
June 2027, Ottawa Region Networking Meet-up. Date, time and location TBD.

May 8, 2026: W.O.W Meet-up in the Play Bar & Grill, at White Oaks Conference and Spa ahead of Ontario Waterpower Association Conference and Trade Show running May 8-10th.
May 8-10, 2026: Ontario Waterpower Association Conference and Trade Show, at White Oaks Conference and Spa in Niagara-on-the-Lake. Register for this conference at https://powc26.vfairs.com/en/.
May 9, 2026: Speed Mentoring Event, to be held during the OWA Conference and Trade Show in Niagara-on-the-Lake. This event will be head in partnership with WiRE and OWA. Participants must be register through WiRE’s website at https://www.eventbrite.ca/e/wire-x-owa-x-wow-speed-mentorship-tickets-1986965379939?aff=oddtdtcreator and be registered participants of the OWA Conference.
October, 2026: W.O.W. Meet-up at Halifax Convention Centre at the during Canadian Dam Association Conference and Trade Show running October 25-28th. Details to come.
January 20, 2026: Waterpower industry Night and West Western University in London, Ontario with Industry Leader Speakers, Q&A, and Networking Session. Over 100 in attendance.
